Orders will be securely packaged in a tube, usually dispatched within 3 - 5 working days.  Orders may arrive in more than one delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

- CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

We ship worldwide from the UK. Our prices and shipping fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges that may be applied by your country's customs authority when your parcel arrives.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary depending on your country's regulations. We are unable to predict, control, or reimburse these fees.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you have any concerns about potential charges.

EU Customers:

Please be aware that from 1 July 2026, all parcels entering the EU — regardless of value — will be subject to a flat customs duty of €3 per item. Additional national handling fees may also apply in certain EU member states (including Italy and Romania). These charges will be collected upon delivery.

US Customers:

Please note that all parcels entering the United States are currently subject to customs duties and clearance fees, regardless of the order value. These charges are payable upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

All customs declarations accurately state the true value and contents of each shipment as required by law.

RETURNS & REFUNDS​

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read our returns policy below.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at camdenoilpaintings@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the damage

• Photographs of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

​

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Please note:

For international returns, any customs duties or taxes incurred on the return shipment are the customer's responsibility. We are unable to refund original shipping costs unless the item was faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
